| | I got home today and had two eggs in the cage already... does anybody know how to incubate these eggs.. should i do them like my bearded eggs in moist vermiculite , some one else told me to just put them in some sand and sit them in a warm place but i think they will dehydate due the the fact that they have a softer shell unlike some other smaller arborial geckos... would really like to save tese eggs so any ideas would be greatly appreciated... you can even give me a call 228-990-7340 Zack |

| | one egg dried up already.. not sure if this clutch will make it.. if anybody has any ideas on how to try to incubate the next pair that will be laid in the next week would be greatly appreciated... dont like to see eggs just go to waste.. laying can be stressful on a reptile anyways hate for that stress to be for nothing... again any suggestions would help ... |

| | lost the other egg... i guess to dry... they just crumbled in on themselves likethey dried up... so the info i got from that google didnt work... try something else on the next go round... and the female i bought that i knew was gravid i think might have been egg bound as that she has not laid her eggs yet and the one i didnt know was preg has alrready laid hers... i have tried to make as many hiding places and deep enough sand for her to lay anywhere she chooses... we will see... |

| | Well i got home today and the ffemale was really pale colored.. we left to eat dinner and when i returned she had passed on... i performed an emergency c section on her and removed the eggs... i placed them in a small 2"x2" container and placed that container inside my bearded incubator... we will see if i am successful in saving the eggs but with little knowledge on incubation of petrii eggs all i can do is trial and error... my first attempt was error... we shall see... |

| Maybe there is a breeder you can contact about them and the processes? What about the person you got them from? _________________ Xeike (zEEk)| Xeikeness (zEEk-niss) | Boss Lady (bOs-LAY-dee) |

| | He said sit them on top of the cage... but his wife ssaid they havent hatched any... so i dont know... think i may just sell them they would make good pets for someone who isnt looking to breed them or who has the time to keep messing with trial and error... will probably just stick with the beardeds and cresteds for right now... |
